創(chuàng)作說(shuō)明：手持紅外水平測(cè)距儀設(shè)計(jì)，主要是利用紅外線傳播時(shí)的不擴(kuò)散原理。因?yàn)榧t外線在穿越其它物質(zhì)時(shí)折射率很小，所以長(zhǎng)距離的測(cè)距儀都會(huì)考慮紅外線，而紅外線的傳播是需要時(shí)間的，當(dāng)紅外線從測(cè)距儀發(fā)出碰到反射物被反射回來(lái)被測(cè)距儀接受到，再根據(jù)紅外線從發(fā)出到被接受到的時(shí)間及紅外線的傳播速度就可以算出距離。
